Refund Policy – Ice and Embers

At Ice and Embers, we strive to provide high-quality wellness experiences. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled.

By booking or purchasing our Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment (where applicable).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment:
    You may reschedule your session or request a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment:
    These may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows:
    If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to apply discretion in exceptional circumstances.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.
Full charges will still apply.

4. Packages & Prepaid Sessions

  • Packages or multi-session bookings are non-refundable once partially used.

  • Unused sessions may be transferable or extendable at our discretion.

  • Expiry dates may apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Memberships (If Applicable)

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

  • Cancellation terms (including notice periods) will be provided at the time of sign-up.

6. Health & Safety

If you are unable to participate due to a medical condition or are advised against using our services:

  • You may be asked to provide appropriate notice or documentation

  • Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Issues

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may offer:

  • A partial or full refund

  • A complimentary session

  • Credit toward future services

This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Business Cancellations

If Ice and Embers needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered a full refund or alternative booking

9. Payment Processing

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your provider.
